With its' 6000 BTU capacity and the Rotisserie Burner, which is sold as a separate attachment, it provides more than enough grilling power and cooking flexibility for cooking and grilling all kinds of steaks, burgers, barbecue, sausages, hotdogs and many more. It's vented hood liner lets smoke and heated air out of the grill safely while the large foldable working table I'm sure will be able to handle all your ingredients and cooking tools.
It also comes with a flavor step tent that holds meat drippings so they re-vaporize back into the meat to give that authentic outdoor grill cooked food flavor. The halogen lights let you see clearly what you are grilling so that you don't overcook or burn your food without need a flashlight to check it. While the UL approved tank holder is designed to provide easy access and to safely store your gas tank. This model is compatible with Lowe's 50772 Natural Gas Conversion Kit.
We had a lot of fun cooking with this grill. It has fast ignition is fast and positive every time. I also noticed a break-in period as far as heat adjustment with the 5 burners. The 5 separate burners gives me a lot flexibility-you can use all of them at the same time as a single grill, or you can cook in zones, with different foods at different places in the grill cooking witch different heat levels. The side searing burner is awesome. We get a wonderful “charbroil” on each entree, and it really does have an effect on the result.
